Your Satisfaction Matters
At Sumovir, we want you to love your stroller. If something’s not right, we’ve got a clear refund and return process to help.
Returns
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Eligibility: Your stroller must be:
- Unused, in the same condition as received.
- With all tags and original packaging intact.
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
- How to Start: Email support@sumovir.com with your order number. If approved, send returns to:
244 Ngo Thi Nham, Ward 3, Cao Lanh, Dong Thap 81000, Vietnam. - Note: Items sent back without approval won’t be accepted. Shipping times may vary, especially from outside Vietnam.
Damages and Issues
- Check your stroller when it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us at support@sumovir.com right away. We’ll assess and fix it for you.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom strollers, sale items, or gift cards can’t be returned. Questions? Reach out!
Exchanges
- We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return your stroller, and once approved, place a new order for the one you want—it’s the fastest way!
European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
- If your stroller ships to the EU, you can cancel or return within 3 days of delivery for any reason. It must be unused, with tags and packaging, plus proof of purchase.
Refunds
Process: We’ll notify you within 2-3 business days of receiving your return if it’s approved. If yes, your refund—including original shipping—will hit your payment method within 3 business days.
- Bank Delays: It may take 10-15 days for your bank to process it. No refund after 15 days? Email support@sumovir.com.
Shipping Costs
- You cover return shipping, unless the issue is our fault (e.g., damaged or wrong stroller)—then we’ll provide a prepaid label.
