Returns
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us right away at support@sumovir.com — we’ll make it right.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom items, sale items, or gift cards can’t be returned. Questions? Reach out!
Exchanges
- We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return your items, and once approved, place a new order for the one you want—it’s the fastest way!
European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
- If your item ships to the EU, you can cancel or return within 3 days of delivery for any reason. It must be unused, with tags and packaging, plus proof of purchase.
Refunds
Process: We’ll notify you within 2-3 business days of receiving your return if it’s approved. If yes, your refund—including original shipping—will hit your payment method within 3 business days.

Shipping Costs
- You cover return shipping, unless the issue is our fault (e.g., damaged or wrong item)—then we’ll provide a prepaid label.
